I've been training at the Art of movement fitness studio for a few months now. I enjoy the positive gym environment and the friendly personal trainers that work here. I’ve been training with The Art of Movement team for 3 months with Paul. My goal was to be more mobile, agile and build strength. Training with Paul has been outstanding. He’s very knowledgeable and personable. He knows the capabilities of his clients, extremely well and will push you if he knows you have it in you. He would also take the necessary steps to resolve any weaknesses and issues at hand. After my 3 months, I have made significant improvements with my strength and mobility as well as being more agile inside the boxing ring. If I had the chance to train with Paul and his team again, I would definitely do it, no questions asked!
